Deep Brain Reorieenting
Over the years, I’ve worked with many clients who’ve done everything “right” in therapy—talked through their past, identified patterns, learned coping skills—yet still felt stuck. Something deeper remained unresolved. That’s what led me to Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).
DBR is a gentle, somatically based therapy that reaches beneath our usual defenses to access the original shock, pain, or disorientation stored in the nervous system. It works with the brainstem-level responses—often formed before we had words—to help the body safely process what it once had to brace against.
I use DBR because it allows us to approach trauma at its source. Rather than focusing on the story or narrative, DBR supports clients in tracking the subtle shifts in tension and sensation that arise just before emotion surfaces. This attuned, slow process gives the brain and body space to reorganize and heal at the level where trauma began.
DBR has become an essential part of my work because it honors the whole person. It’s not about analyzing or “fixing” but allowing what’s held deep inside to move, resolve, and integrate—often for the first time. For clients who have struggled with persistent symptoms, early attachment wounds, or trauma that feels beyond words, DBR offers a compassionate and transformative path forward.
Brainspotting
Sometimes words can’t reach the depth of what we carry—but the body remembers. Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps us access and process trauma, emotional pain, and deeply held patterns that traditional talk therapy may not fully reach.
Using the direction of your gaze, Brainspotting connects us to “brainspots”—eye positions that link to the areas in the brain and nervous system where unprocessed experiences are stored. In a calm, attuned space, we gently follow the body’s cues to support deep healing, release, and integration.
I offer Brainspotting as part of a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. It’s especially helpful for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to explain what they’re feeling—but know something inside needs attention. Together, we listen to what the body has held onto, so that healing can unfold from within. You don’t need to have the words. Just a willingness to begin.

Clinical Hypnosis
Sometimes, the path to healing lies not in trying harder—but in gently turning inward. Clinical hypnosis offers a safe, natural way to access your inner wisdom, quiet the noise of everyday life, and connect with the deeper parts of yourself that are ready for change.
In my practice, hypnosis is a calm and collaborative experience. You remain aware and in control, while I guide you into a focused, relaxed state where insight, emotional release, and transformation can occur. Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, improve performance, ease physical tension, or resolve emotional blocks, hypnosis can deepen the work we do together and help you shift patterns that no longer serve you.
This is a space of warmth, respect, and trust. If you’re curious about how clinical hypnosis can support your healing, I invite you to reach out. You’re not alone—and you’re more ready than you think
